GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. This offer constitutes an official proposal from the online store "andretan.eu", hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", for the conclusion of a remote sales contract, i.e., through the online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement". This public offer (offer) is placed on the official website of the Seller "https://andretan.eu/" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. By clicking the "Buy" button on the Shopping Cart page of the Website, the Buyer (whether an individual, legal entity, or entrepreneur) accepts the terms of this public offer as outlined below, in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union.

1.3. The public offer is considered to be public, meaning its terms apply equally to all Buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or entrepreneur). By fully agreeing to this Agreement, the Buyer accepts the conditions for placing an order, payment for goods, delivery of goods, and the responsibility for an improper order and failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1.4. The contract is deemed concluded when the Buyer clicks the "Buy" button on the checkout page and confirms the purchase. If necessary, the Buyer may request a written version of the contract.

1.5. The online store "andretan.eu" sells and delivers products across the European Union, with shipping services being handled by third-party providers such as Nova Poshta and DHL.

1.6. The online store "andretan.eu" operates on a retail basis. The return procedure for goods is carried out in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1.7. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer unconditionally agrees to adhere to the terms of this Agreement and confirms familiarity with these terms.

DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

2.1. In this offer, unless the context dictates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "Goods" refers to clothing, accessories, components, and related items.
• "Online Store" refers to a platform for presenting or selling products, services, or goods via electronic transactions, in accordance with EU E-Commerce Laws.
• "Seller" refers to the company selling the products presented on the website.
• "Buyer" refers to an individual who enters into a contract with the Seller under the terms specified herein.
• "Order" refers to the selection of items from the list of goods by the Buyer during the order process and payment for the selected items.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The Seller agrees to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement governs the sale of goods via the online store, including:

• Voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer in the online store.
• Independent order registration by the Buyer.
• Payment by the Buyer for the goods ordered.
• Processing and delivery of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

4.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product available on the Website.

4.2. Each product can be added to the order in any quantity.

4.3. If an item is out of stock, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer by phone or email.

4.4. If an item is unavailable, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a similar item.

4.5. The order is placed by adding products to the "Basket".

4.6. An order is considered valid if the Buyer has completed all fields required to identify and contact them, including:

• Full name.
• Delivery address.
• Contact number.
• Email address.
• Preferred payment method (as listed in section 5.1).
• Preferred delivery method.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE BY THE ONLINE STORE

5.1. Upon receiving the order, the manager of the online store "andretan.eu" will check the availability of the products and, if the order is properly placed in accordance with section 4.6, will confirm the order with the Buyer.

5.2. Once the order is confirmed by the online store, the Buyer has the right to cancel or amend the order (add or remove items, change characteristics such as color, size, quantity, etc.). Once payment is made, no changes to the order can be made.

ORDER FORMATION

6.1. The employees of the online store "andretan.eu" will process and confirm the order. Orders marked as "PROCESSED", placed before 2:00 PM, will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. The dispatch city is Warsaw.

6.2. If any product is out of stock, the manager will check availability across the network and arrange for internal transfers after agreeing with the Buyer. If the product is not available anywhere, the manager may offer a substitute, which will only be added to the order with the Buyer's consent.

6.3. Once the order is formed, the Buyer will receive an email confirming the order status and selected payment method.

ORDER PAYMENT PROCEDURE

7.1. Payment for the order can be made by the following methods:

• Cash on delivery (COD) at any branch of Nova Poshta.
• Credit card payment online.
• Payment via the LiqPay system.
• Cash payment upon pickup.

Attention: Payment fees for funds transferred via Nova Poshta are the responsibility of the Buyer. The COD fee is 20 UAH + 2% of the amount (subject to Nova Poshta's tariff). When paying via Visa or MasterCard through LiqPay, the payment is processed securely on the website without extra charges.

DELIVERY TERMS

8.1. Delivery within the European Union is handled by third-party providers like Nova Poshta and DHL.

8.2. The Seller is considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once the order has been transferred to the delivery service. After this point, the Buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage.

8.3. Free delivery applies only to full-price orders, i.e., without discounts. For orders under promotion, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

9.1. The Seller has the right to terminate services unilaterally if the Buyer violates the terms of this Agreement.

9.2. The Buyer is obligated to pay for the goods and accept delivery in accordance with this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

10.1. Both parties are responsible for failing to comply with the terms of this Agreement as per the applicable laws of the European Union.

10.2. The Seller is not responsible for:

• Minor discrepancies in product appearance (such as color) due to different monitor settings.
• Delays and interruptions in service due to external factors beyond the Seller's control.

RETURN POLICY

12.1. Returns are possible only at the address where the purchase was made.

12.2. Goods in new, unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with no signs of use.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or reassortment.
