After receipt of payment before 1:00 PM (13:00), we generally ship your goods on the same business day via DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us including a tracking number. Normally, the goods are reserved for you immediately after the order is received and can be shipped quickly. Exception: The goods were sold elsewhere during your ordering process (e.g., if only a few items were available that day).

Please keep in mind that a bank transfer can take up to five business days. Delivery times vary from country to country. Please account for this duration. If a weekend or public holiday occurs, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Order deadline 2:00 PM (14:00): The delivery date can be selected/changed in the DHL portal after receiving the first SMS or email. This service is only available within Germany. Please note that this is only possible from Monday to Thursday.
With this service, you receive the goods directly on the day following the receipt of payment, guaranteed. This service is provided by DHL, costs an additional €9.90, and is only available from Mon.–Thu.
The goods must be ordered and paid for by Thursday at 2:00 PM at the latest. Goods shipped via 24-hour service on a Friday will only reach you on Monday; however, you have the option to change this to a preferred date via the DHL portal. A scheduled Saturday delivery is also possible and costs €19.90 per shipment.
Orders placed with the "Express Shipping" option between Friday 2:00 PM and Sunday midnight (and paid for) will be shipped on Monday. You will then receive the goods on Tuesday.
In general, we always refund the actual purchase price of the goods as well as any initial shipping costs, if applicable. According to the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In cases caused by our error (e.g., incorrect delivery, defective goods, etc.), please contact us BEFORE returning the items so we can offer a solution. For international returns in such cases, please prepay the shipping costs, and we will refund them. Within the EU, we refund the initial shipping costs if the entire order is returned.
