Can I pick up my purchased goods in person?

Yes, pickup is available Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Can I order multiple items to choose from?

Yes, "selection ordering" (ordering different sizes for one person to keep one and return the rest) is possible.

What are my ordering options?

Currently, you can:

- Order directly via our website.

- By phone (you must be a registered customer). Provide the item details including model number(s), size(s), preferred shipping method (DHL or DHL Express), and your email address.

How is the sizing of our products?

Generally, traditional clothing (Trachtenmode) fits a bit tighter than standard apparel. We recommend measuring a well-fitting piece of your own clothing first and comparing it with our size chart.

Ordering & Availability

Availability

Despite careful preparation, promotional items may sell out faster than expected. We do not provide a delivery guarantee. Rule of thumb: Only while stocks last. For questions regarding the availability of a specific item, please contact us via our contact form.

How does the ordering process work?

You can order directly through our website. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique order number, which you must include during payment so we can assign it to your purchase. The goods will be shipped after payment is received. Please note: we cannot process verbal orders over the phone at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

Is my item ready for immediate shipping?

We strive to keep our inventory up to date so that purchased goods are ready for immediate dispatch. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed and offered an alternative if possible.

When will my order be shipped?

Goods are released for shipment immediately upon receipt of payment. For instant payments made in the afternoon, shipping occurs the next business day. DHL is generally very fast; 96% of deliveries arrive the next business day, otherwise the following business day (usually including Saturdays).

What if I need the goods as soon as possible?

We offer Express delivery (guaranteed next-day delivery) within 24 hours of shipping. This is only available within Germany from Monday to Thursday. Orders and payments must be completed by Thursday at 12:00 PM. Goods shipped via 24-hour service on Friday will arrive on Monday. Scheduled Saturday delivery is not available. International express shipments must be arranged with us in advance.

Returns & Refunds

I didn't receive a return/complaint form, what should I do?

You can download and print the return form from the https://andretan.eu website.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return?

In standard return cases, it takes approximately 5–10 business days to receive your refund, as multiple departments are involved. We appreciate your patience.

How do I return the goods? What should I keep in mind?

Please fill out the complaint form included in the package and place it back inside. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is logged in our system and another once the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs: Within Germany, you can use the prepaid return label included in the package. If you need one, contact us by email. Note: we only refund the original shipping costs if the entire order is returned. Generally, the customer bears the return shipping costs. For EU countries, the return label is not valid. The customer must pay for return shipping but will be refunded the original shipping costs if the entire order is returned. Please do not send "unfree" (COD) packages, as we will have to bill you for the resulting costs.

Exchanges & Defects

Can I exchange an item? (e.g., wrong size, model doesn't suit me)

This service is only offered for goods valued at €300 or more. Please note the exchange request on the return slip. For values under €300, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

What should I do if I receive defective goods?

If the goods are defective, notify us in writing via email immediately upon receipt. Items must be unworn (except for a short fitting) and all defects must be listed in your written notice. Return the item as a standard return and note the defect on the slip. You will receive a credit note to re-order. If in stock, we can send a replacement, but usually only for the exact same model and size. Important: You must report all defects. If we find additional defects not mentioned by you, we cannot provide a replacement, as it will be assumed the damage occurred after delivery.

Payment

How can I pay?
  • Bank Transfer: (1–5 days processing depending on the bank).
  • Sofort (Instant Bank Transfer): Instant notification; order is released for shipping immediately.
  • PayPal: Payment is usually instant. Note: If the shop checkout fails, you can send payment manually to german.wear[at]yahoo.de including your Order ID.
  • Credit Card: Payment is instant; goods are shipped immediately.
